Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team at NMR Enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing high-quality web applications. This role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing our web presence, ensuring a seamless user experience, and collaborating with various teams to implement innovative web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development: Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function according to the specifications and create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Full-Stack Development: Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
CMS Management: Manage and customize content management systems to meet business needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement and enhance website features and functionalities.
Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues, including debugging and performance bottlenecks.
Testing and Deployment: Conduct website testing and validation across various browsers and devices; deploy updates and new features.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, code changes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development or a related role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of server-side languages such as PHP, Ruby, Python, or ASP.NET.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development or related technologies are a plus.
