Web Developer

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in website development and work closely with key stakeholders to create and maintain websites tailored to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes and plugins from scratch.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using PHP and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for performance and speed.
• Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases and implement fixes.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful services to enable seamless functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 4 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proactive contribution to open-source web development communities.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and PHP programming languages.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in WordPress development, including theme/plugin creation and customization.
• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
