Fusion HR Data Analyst_MNC_Airoli (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
• Create and design dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
• Work closely with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
• Optimize and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on feedback and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM and Fusion Analytics Warehouse developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in developing OTBI and BIP reports.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM. (Must have)
• Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in SQL and other relevant query languages.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud environments, particularly Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
