Design Manager
Job Summary:
As a Design Manager at Wea Designs Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading our talented design while also overseeing sales activities. You will be responsible for managing design projects from conception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective coordination and collaboration. Your creative vision and managerial skills will be crucial in overseeing the entire design process, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards with successful projects and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of designers towards achieving design excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
2. Design Oversight:
- Review and approve design concepts, ensuring they align with client expectations and our design principles.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance the creativity and quality of design deliverables.
3. Sales Coordination:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Act as a liaison between the design and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
4. Project Management:
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to project completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
5. Resource Allocation:
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and materials, to meet project demands.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
6. Client Collaboration:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their vision.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to achieve optimal results.
7. Design Development:
- Drive the development of creative and unique design concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a minimum of 3 - 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
