Develop textures for various surfaces such as characters, environments, props, and vehicles
UV Mapping:Unwrap 3D models to create UV maps that act as guides for applying textures seamlessly and without distortion
Material Definition:Define and create shaders, materials, and surface properties to achieve desired visual effects and realism
Quality Assurance:Ensure that textures and materials align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project
Perform quality checks to maintain consistency and visual fidelity across assets
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with other artists, designers, and 3D modelers to ensure textures align with the overall artistic direction of the project
