Review all new projects and modifications, and provide inputs to eliminate exposure and ergonomic risk.
Advise and collaborate with management to resolve occupational health issues.
Create and execute studies to monitor and assess employees exposure to health risks, and to measure the effectiveness of occupational health programs, policies, and procedures.
Overseeing biological monitoring programs.
Assess and analyze research data, summarizing statistics, and compile reports.
Propose and lead the implementation of programs to protect employee health, and including ergonomics.
Ensure employee awareness of occupational health and safety concerns, programs, and regulations.
Investigate incidents, occupational health trends, prepare investigation reports, and implement corrective action to avoid the recurrence.
Lead audits and inspections in the area of Occupational Health Center and Industrial Hygiene. Ensuring compliance all the time.
Prepare the Safety / Hygiene / Occupational Health Reports as per defined formats.
Prepare, update and document the standard operating procedures (SOP) related to safety department.
Follow up with CFT department regarding implementation internal, external industrial hygiene and occupational health related recommendations.
Maintain the inventory of industrial hygiene and occupational health equipment.
Inspect installed industrial hygiene equipment across different plants.
