Warehouse Officer

Position Title: Factory Warehouse Officer / Executive

Direct Report to: Factory Warehouse Manager

Experience : 2-6 yrs in Warehouse Management from FMCG / Pharma background.

Main Purpose of Job :

Ensuring warehouse staff performs material movements with the best quality and timeliness to the satisfaction of the internal and external customer with adherence to all quality parameters.

Key Outputs:

• Manpower planning, and overall supervision of warehouse technicians/warehouse related activities
• Stock Accuracy (parity of physical stock with book stock). Root cause analysis of inventory differences.
• Adherence to stock policy of First Expiry First Out
• Adherence to Waste disposal policy
• Maintenance of warehouse assets
• Verification/monitoring of all warehouse contractor related activity and costs
• Ensure quality and safety Compliance.
• Ensure readiness of BCP at all times
• Adherence to Best Practices , GI of Warehouse Management
• Collaboration with Customer Service, Production and Transport to ensure customer service level, freshness and avoidance of bad goods

Key Experiences:

Graduate in any discipline.

• Advantage if person has diploma in material handling or logistics
• Experience in the management of projects, such as:Warehouse Design , High Performing Warehouse , WMS Implementation

Other Personal Qualities

• Collaboration with transporters and external agencies as required
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Fast learner
