Skills Required:

1. Warehouse Management

• Inventory Control: Ensuring that the warehouse is organized, and the inventory levels are properly tracked and maintained. Skills in stock rotation, order picking, and cycle counting are essential to minimize errors and optimize storage.
• Space Utilization: Efficiently managing the available space in the warehouse, organizing products for quick retrieval, and ensuring the safety of goods.
• Safety Standards: Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols to reduce accidents and maintain compliance with regulations.

2. Dispatch Coordination

• Logistics Planning: Overseeing the dispatch process, which includes scheduling deliveries, managing transport logistics, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods to customers.
• Route Optimization: Understanding delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Keeping track of dispatch status and providing updates to customers or relevant departments. Ensuring that the dispatch process meets quality standards and customer expectations.

3. Billing and Invoicing

• Invoice Generation: Ensuring accurate billing for goods dispatched, maintaining a record of transactions, and ensuring invoices are generated timely and correctly.
• Payment Reconciliation: Coordinating with the finance team to verify payments, handle discrepancies, and ensure the billing process aligns with financial systems.
• Cost Management: Managing the cost aspects of dispatch and warehouse operations and ensuring that the financial records reflect accurate costs and margins.

4. SAP Entry and Data Management

• SAP Proficiency: Being proficient in the SAP software system to enter data accurately for inventory management, dispatch, and billing processes.
• Data Integrity: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information entered into SAP to avoid issues such as stock discrepancies, order errors, or incorrect billing.
• Reporting: Generating reports on warehouse activities, dispatch schedules, inventory levels, and billing status from SAP to assist management in decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP, demonstrating a strong understanding of its functionalities and applications.
