Job Description
As the Engineering Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our platform, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented engineering team, delivering cutting-edge solutions that redefine patient care and streamline the medical cannabis prescription process.

- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory for this role.

- Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with the CTO to guide the development of a full-stack, mobile app, TypeScript application.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support rapid growth and evolving market needs.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- System Design
- Architect and optimize Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and other cloud infrastructures for robustness, efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Process Improvement
- Implement and refine engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code review standards, and automated testing frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in full-stack development with a strong focus on Backend , Frontend Mobile app and related technologies.
- System Architecture: Proven experience in designing and building scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , AWS including deployment, infrastructure management, and optimizing performance and costs.
- A track record of successfully managing and growing technical teams.
- Strong emphasis on mentorship, team development, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical challenges and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions in cloud environments.
