Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using React, TypeScript, and A/B testing methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine system requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure continuous improvement in application performance
- Guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and implementing best practices in code quality and architecture
- Own the responsibility for code review sessions, ensuring adherence to development guidelines, and promoting a robust testing environment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript, with the capability to implement effective A/B testing strategies
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with modern software development tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, and Redux is highly beneficial
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and leadership skills, capable of driving project execution and delivering results within set timelines
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
