Role & responsibilities


  • Strategic Sales Planning: Architect comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the organization's vision, targeting large-scale construction projects to achieve and surpass market share and revenue objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Drive a high-performing culture by leading, mentoring, and empowering the project sales team. Foster talent development, ensuring they excel in relationship building and meet ambitious individual and team sales targets.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain influential partnerships with key industry stakeholders such as developers, contractors, architects, applicators, and government authorities, ensuring alignment with project goals and enhancing organizational reputation.
  • Market Intelligence and Insights: Spearhead in-depth market and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and refine strategies for market penetration and differentiation.
  • Project Acquisition and Advocacy: Leverage senior-level networks to secure high-impact private and government projects, influencing key decision-makers and positioning the company as a preferred partner.
  • Product Positioning and Advocacy: Champion the organizations product portfolio by effectively communicating value propositions through high-level engagements, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Executive Reporting: Establish robust mechanisms to track sales performance, analyze metrics, and deliver actionable insights to executive management for dynamic decision-making.
  • Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate resourcesincluding personnel, budgets, and promotional activitiesto maximize impact and ROI, aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Governance and Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, regulatory standards, and reporting protocols while maintaining impeccable documentation for all sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile


Candidate with experience of minimum 15 years in Project Sales and Gypsum Plaster Product.

Candidate who is managing Gujarat state and who will be ready to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Team handling exposure is required.
