As an SEO Specialist at Walmond Realty Dart Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our real estate website. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our real estate listings and content.
Optimize website content, including property descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages, to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and authority.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues that may impact website performance and rankings.
Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in search engine optimization.
Work closely with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and improvements.
Identify opportunities for link building and partnerships to increase the domain authority of our website.
Stay informed about local real estate trends and market dynamics to tailor SEO strategies accordingly.
Monitor competitors SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement and differentiation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Also have the knowledge to wite & optimize the content
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with local SEO strategies and techniques.
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
