Job Role
As a Legal Manager/contract Manager your responsibilities will include legal advisory, contract review, Drafting, negotiation, Litigation & Non-Litigation and risk management but responsibility not limited to.
1. To manage Contract perfectly and proactively target any future issues.
2. To manage team and get work done from them like file passing from authority. Also support them when the need senior builds a world class team.
3. To develop relation with officers from Government and meet daily 3+ persons
4. To read and be upgrade about all contracts of Wallop all the time
5. To conduct weekly reports, Meeting on Microsoft Planner without fail. Check performance of Subordinate and Self on issues and act/rate accordingly.
6. To read the SOPs & Follow the same
7. To conduct Weekly review meeting on Microsoft planner
8. Researching legal acts and to Drafting letters, applications, notices, NOCs, etc.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in Leading teams, legal, contract management, or government liaisoning roles.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or relevant field.
2. Proficient in MS Office, PDF and all data management software.
