Job description

1. Review MIS reports and provide insights on variances and monitor deviations

2. Identify and report variances between budgeted and actual costs under various heads

3. Analyse and report on capex spending against budgets

4. Provide confirmations to production order settlement.

5. Analyse variances against production orders

6. Ensure technical completion of orders and book closure, log on short closure and ensure quantity withdrawal

7. Review usage variances and track BOM changes

8. Analyse cost sheets & product costs and give confirmations & recommend changes

9. Summarising on wastages and analyse variances against targets

10. Analyse conversion costs and identify reasons for deviations

11. Maintenance cost analysis

12. Mould and fixed assets usage analysis
