Job Description
WALKAROO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD is looking for Customer Sales Associate - WB (Non PU) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Greeting customers and providing them with product information and assistance
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing recommendations to customers
- Processing customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
- Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any issues or concerns they may have
- Assisting with the merchandising and display of products to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels
- Collaborating with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Providing feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve the sales process and customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
