Senior SEO Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketer with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and ensuring MioSalon remains the top choice for salon and spa businesses worldwide. Role & responsibilities

• SEO Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and navigation to enhance organic search performance.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords.
• Content Optimization:
  
• Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, with proper keyword density, metadata, and formatting.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversion rates).
• Prepare detailed reports on SEO progress and recommend actionable improvements.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for performance tracking.
• Link Building and Outreach:
  
• Plan and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and relevant platforms.
• Technical SEO:
  
• Address technical issues like crawl errors, page speed, and mobile-friendliness.
• Work with developers to implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and other SEO best practices.
• Stay Updated:
  
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tools.
• Adapt strategies proactively to ensure top search rankings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO.
• Expertise in SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience in content marketing and optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture basics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
