Production Supervisor (MIG/TIG Welding)

Role & responsibilities :

• Read and interpret the fabrication & Assembly drawings, taking accurate measurement.
• Help the team to tagging of basement frame within drawing parameters.
• Conduct testing and inspections of welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws or imperfections.
• Maintain welding equipment in a safe and optimal working condition to ensure safe, smooth and efficient fabrication operations.
• Maintain accurate daily records as required.
• Support quality assurance and quality control activities as required.
• Fill daily production report accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work independently based on drawings and documentation.
• Handling of factory operations
• Handling Of IN-Out material
• Handling of Documentations (Like. production doc., Quality doc., store doc.)

Preferred candidate profile :

• ITI / Diploma from reputed institute.
• Min 10 - 15 years of experience as a welder/Fitter in Heavy Fabrication.
• Hand-ON Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (MIG & TIG.).
