Shift IN charge- Hub Operations- Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
  
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and shipping/receiving processes.
  
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  
• Monitor and maintain high levels of safety, security, and quality control within the facility.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years' experience in Supply Chain Operations or related field (Hub Operations).
  
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing operations, supply chain management principles.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
