VTPL is looking for a smart, ambitious customer support engineer to help support its rapidly growing customer install base and deliveries
- Our ideal candidate has a technical background, preferably BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, has spent 5-7 years in a technical support organization, esp in the industrial equipment and/or vacuum equipment industry and understands the day-to-day aspects of customer support - managing tickets, handling customers, and providing feedback to engineering
- Our team brings a diverse set of technical interests and experiences, from designing, manufacturing to delivering vacuum solutions
- We're looking for technically minded builders to join our dynamic team, where you can have a big impact on the success of the product and the company
