Service Engineer

1. Work Profile: Service & Application Engineer Primary task is to perform testing, calibration and repair of cryostats, furnaces, mass flow controllers, vacuum gauges, gas Analysers both in-house and on the field, with remote support capabilities.

2. Tasks: Activity Planning, Customer Co-Ordination (emails, calls, meetings), Perform Service Activities (Support / Testing / Calibration / Repair / Maintenance), Preparation of Quotations and Reports, Interaction with customers / prospective customers / Principals.

3. Educational Qualification: Preferably with Diploma and Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).

4. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in Gas Analysis Industry or Vacuum Industry.

5. Minimum Technical Knowledge on process control parameters like pressure, vacuum, flow, etc. with strong fundamentals in maths, physics and chemistry.

6. Ability to work with Microsoft Windows 7 / 10, Microsoft Office package.

7. Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi.

8. Good social and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working alone, and as part of a team.
