Windchill PLM Solution Architect (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Solution Architect to lead the overall solution architecture and implementation strategy for our Windchill PLM projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Windchill PLM implementations and integrations with SAP, preferably SAP BTP and S/4HANA. This is a part-time role, providing strategic guidance and architectural leadership while ensuring best practices are maintained across the PLM landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system landscapes and deployment strategies.
• Develop and maintain solution blueprints, technical specifications, and architecture documents.
• Guide development teams to ensure architectural compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce best practices and development standards within the PLM ecosystem.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead technical decision-making processes and facilitate architectural review sessions.
• Drive seamless SAP integrations (preferably SAP BTP & S/4HANA) with Windchill PLM.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define PLM-ERP integration architectures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PLM implementation.
• At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of Windchill PLM, with 1-2 in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in SAP integration patterns, preferably SAP BTP.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of PLM-ERP integration architectures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and technical team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in PLM or enterprise architecture.
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Prior consulting experience in PLM transformation projects.
