Job Summary:

We are seeking a Course Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality educational and training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning technologies to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Development: Design and develop courses, ensuring alignment with learning objectives, industry standards, and target audience needs.
• Content Creation: Create instructional materials, including presentations, lesson plans, multimedia content, assessments, and interactive activities.
• E-Learning Development: Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Moodle, Canvas) to build online courses.
• Multimedia Integration: Incorporate videos, animations, graphics, and simulations to enhance learning experiences.
• Accessibility & User Experience: Ensure courses are learner-centric, engaging, and accessible to diverse audiences, following instructional design best practices.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on education trends, instructional technologies, and e-learning best practices to continuously improve course offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Experience in course development, instructional design, or curriculum creation.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Rise).
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Model).
• Excellent content writing, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing courses for corporate training, higher education, or certification programs.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning technology standards.
• Background in gamification, microlearning, and mobile learning strategies.
