Job Summary:

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the companys online presence and performance across e-commerce platforms. This role includes overseeing product listings, sales performance, digital marketing efforts, customer experience, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure seamless online operations for the luggage brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Platform Management:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other third-party marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels are displayed.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and make recommendations to optimize performance.

2. Order Management & Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and returns, providing excellent customer service.

3. Customer Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers on all digital platforms.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback through various channels (email, chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure stock levels are monitored and maintained.
• Provide feedback on product demand, sales trends, and stock issues to improve product availability.

5. Sales Reporting & Analysis:

• Regularly track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics across platforms.
• Provide insights into trends, customer behaviours, and areas of opportunity for growth.
