Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, generating actionable insights, and helping to drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reports, dashboards, and data-driven strategies. A strong ability to work with advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Assist in the development and optimization of data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure the integrity of the data.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the implementation of advanced analytics and predictive models.
• Create ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with data wrangling and data cleaning.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and manage multiple priorities.
