Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the organizations goals for performance and growth.
- Set comprehensive goals for individual departments and oversee daily operations to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Establish policies that promote the organizations mission and vision.
- Lead and motivate employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Write and submit reports to the management on matters of importance.
- Develop and execute fundraising ventures to support organization growth.
- Participate in project expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, partnerships, etc.
- Manage relationships with partners to ensure successful collaborations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of all projects with all heads / Managers and submit reports to the management.
- Conduct reviews with individual departments and provide remedial action or course correction plans as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chief operations officer or in a relevant role for 10-15 years.
- Strong understanding of functions such as hr, finance, promotions, and field projects.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, project development, and fundraising.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
