Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the North region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
o Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistency in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
o Oversee the planning and execution of regional sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
o Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Sales Executives to achieve sales objectives.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team performance.
o Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture focused on achieving collective goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners in the region.
o Identify and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
o Regularly visit key accounts and retail stores to ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
o Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the North region.
o Track regional sales performance, analyze data, and take corrective actions where necessary to stay on track with business goals.
o Provide regular updates to senior management on regional sales performance, trends, and market insights.
5. Market Expansion & New Business Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities, including untapped markets, untapped customer segments, and new distribution channels.
o Ensure optimal stock levels and effective distribution of Voylla products to meet demand in the region.
o Negotiate contracts, agreements, and sales deals with potential new customers and business partners.
6. Brand Promotion & Visibility:
o Oversee and ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility at regional stores and retail outlets.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional events, product launches, and promotions to enhance brand awareness.
7. Budget Management:
o Manage and control the sales budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective measures are implemented.
o Optimize resources and allocate budgets for marketing, events, and promotional activities in alignment with sales objectives.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the supply chain, product, and marketing teams to ensure timely product availability, smooth distribution, and alignment with regional demands.
o Ensuring feedback from customers and the market is effectively communicated to the product development and marketing teams.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive
results through a team.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to
adapt strategies.
o Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build
long-term business partnerships.
o Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM tools; experience with ERP
systems is a plus.
o Understanding of the regional market dynamics and customer preferences in
the North region.
