What youll do
Job Responsibilities:
You will be part of a new team where capabilities in developing, implementing and operating data and insights processes will be core. As the expert of your field, you understand both digital operations data as well as digital employee experience data. Working seamless between qualitative and quantitative data, as well as navigating between various data sources rendered from both internal and external (supplier) systems.
As a Data Engineer you will design, build and maintain our standardized data pipelines, ETL and data models. Ensure data is accessible and reliable. You will be responsible for BI solution (Power BI) and bring expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, visualization and data platform technologies as well as describing the data and support colleagues how to interpret and use our data and reports.
