Job Title: Tech Support (VoIP & Networking)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Engineer with expertise in VoIP, networking, and PBX systems. You will be responsible for daily IT support, troubleshooting network issues, managing incident tickets, and working with vendors/providers. This role requires hands-on experience in VoIP technologies, PBX installation, and SIP protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Asterisk PBX servers and VoIP systems.
Install, configure, and manage software PBX and dial plans as per client needs.
Troubleshoot VoIP issues, including SIP, IAX, and MGCP protocols.
Handle IP phone provisioning (Polycom, Yealink, Grandstream, Cisco, etc.).
Monitor VoIP calls for QoS, fraud prevention, and troubleshoot using Wireshark/Tshark.
Manage network configurations, NAT setups, and firewall rules for VoIP.
Work with VoIP carriers/vendors and ensure smooth integrations with CRM systems.
Manage DNS servers, cloud environments, and networking infrastructure.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Asterisk PBX and VoIP troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Linux OS, networking, IP routing, and firewalls.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, NAT, and behind-router PBX setups.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms is a plus.
