Job Description
- Lead and oversee the ServiceNow development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM and ITOM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and knowledge in ITOM.
- ServiceNow mainline certificate(s) required.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
