Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers and partners regarding Aruba Networks products and solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues, including wireless LAN, switching, security, and network management.
- Work closely with customers to understand their network infrastructure and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the improvement of support processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in networking or telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, WLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience with Aruba Networks products and solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) would be advantageous.
