QA Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product requirements and design detailed test cases based on the product specifications.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and changes and ensure quality during the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure software updates do not impact existing functionality.
• Perform load and performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Provide detailed and accurate test results and metrics to the team and management.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives).
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and techniques.
