LTD. is looking for Manager Merchandiser& Manager Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Merchandising Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target market.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' activities.Plan product assortments, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management, based on market demands and sales data.Collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely procurement of products, considering factors such as lead time, seasonality, and availability.Vendor Management and Product Sourcing:Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and product quality.Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, resolving issues, and managing vendor performance.Source new products and suppliers, staying updated with industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Product Development and Lifecycle Management:Work closely with product development teams to define product specifications, features, and designs based on customer preferences and market trends.Coordinate the product development process, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Manage the product lifecycle, monitoring sales performance, conducting product reviews, and making recommendations for assortment adjustments or product discontinuations.Pricing and Promotion Strategies:Set pricing strategies, considering factors such as product costs, market demand, competitive analysis, and profit margins.Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for price optimization and promotional activities.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales events.Sales Analysis and Performance Monitoring:Monitor product sales performance, analyzing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning, ensuring optimal inventory levels and avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.Generate reports and provide insights on sales trends, product performance, and market dynamics to management and cross-functional teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in merchandising, product management, or a similar role within the retail or wholesale industry.Strong understanding of merchandising principles, retail trends, and consumer behavior.Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques, including data interpretation and forecasting.Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize sales and market data effectively.Proficiency in using merchandising software, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet targets, drive revenue growth, and optimize product performance
