Engineering Manager
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who excels in team leadership, technical contributions, and ensuring robust information security practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, coding proficiency in modern languages like JavaScript and TypeScript , and a solid understanding of information security principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

- Plan, prioritize, and execute development cycles to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Implement engineering best practices and drive process improvements.

- Conduct and oversee code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
