Key Responsibilities
Household Onboarding:
Visit households within your assigned service area.
Meet daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Performance Reporting:
Record daily visits and onboarding updates accurately.
Submit timely and detailed reports.
Order Delivery:
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to households.
Target Achievement:
Meet performance metrics and contribute to the growth of Vivify Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
Skills and Competencies
Communication Skills:
Fluent in Telugu (mandatory for interacting with local households).
Basic proficiency in English (preferred for reporting and communication with the company).
Sales and Negotiation:
Ability to build rapport quickly and persuade customers.
Skills to handle objections effectively.
Tech-Savviness:
Familiarity with smartphone apps and tools for reporting, navigation, and communication.
Self-Motivation and Target Orientation:
Comfortable with meeting daily and monthly performance metrics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the neighborhoods and geography of Visakhapatnam.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Physical Stamina:
Comfortable with traveling extensively within a service radius.

Requirements
Mandatory Bike: A personal bike is required for this role.

Work Experience
Minimum:
6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer engagement roles.
Preferred:
1 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, particularly in healthcare, FMCG, or similar industries.
Previous experience in customer onboarding, lead generation, or door-to-door sales is an advantage.

Educational Qualifications

High School Diploma (10th/12th pass) or equivalent.

A Bachelor s Degree in any field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline).
