Job Description
As a Motion Graphic Designer and Animator , your role involves creating dynamic motion graphics and character animations for diverse platforms. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure technical precision and timely delivery. Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation, a keen eye for design, and strong communication skills are essential to produce visually striking and engaging motion graphic content.
Responsibilities
- Understand client, project, or brand requirements to inform the creative process.
- Conduct research and development to propose optimal solutions for motion graphics and treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to review scripts, develop motion boards, create design elements, and produce animations using After Effects, Element 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Produce high-quality character and graphic animations, adhering to approved styles and treatments.
- Ensure the final product meets specified requirements and is delivered within established timelines.
- Possess a basic understanding of music editing to enhance motion graphics projects.
- Demonstrate diverse motion graphics styles that align with the studios brand identity.
- Acquire technical knowledge related to film formats, optimization, and delivery across various platforms.
- Iterate projects based on feedback to align with client and studio requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, learning new techniques and applications to improve creative output.
- Optimize projects for various formats, including digital, broadcast, and print.
- Promote a fast-paced work environment, encouraging self and team growth while adding value for clients.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of industry experience in the media industry as a Motion Graphic Artist/Designer (Freshers can also apply).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Film Making, or a related field.
- Experience in 2D pipeline, animation methods, color theory, and technical software knowledge.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and any 3D software (preferably Blender or Cinema4D).
- Experience in creating engaging visuals through animation and graphics.
- Strong time management, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in advertising, film, and media is a bonus.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and communication tools like Google Suite.
