Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon/Tijara for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and account management. The candidate will need to be articulate and skilled in making business presentations and engagements.

• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through calling
• Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided
• Creating an effective sales pipeline
• Follow-up of Inbound leads
• Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion
• Logging conversations on the CRM and reporting
• Accompany potential customers for site visits

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate business propositions clearly
• Ability to forge strong business relationships with clients and partners
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
• 2-5 years' of sales experience
• Relevant experience in handling HNI clients
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry (BFSI, Wealth Management, Hospitality, Telecom)
• Must own a bike/car with a valid driving license

Job Conditions:

• Should be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• The job role also requires visits to our farm sites near Gurgaon and Bengaluru
