Export Operations Executive

Roles & responsibilities

a) Order processing & documentation. Prepare export PI

b) Coordinate between the export sales team and factory production planning team to monitor orders from the point of order receipt to final dispatch, ensuring timely processing and delivery.

c) Arrange samples and couriers from factory to international customers

d) Coordinate between customer and factory logistics team to Organize and schedule shipments, including selecting the appropriate shipping

e) Track Orders & Shipments: Monitor the progress orders and shipments, ensuring monthly sales targets

f) Ensure that all customs declarations are accurate and submitted in a timely manner to avoid any delays or penalties.

g) Internal Coordination: Collaborate with export sales, production, inventory, and finance departments to ensure smooth export operations
