Business Design Specialist:

We are seeking an aspiring candidate who is willing to work in create, format, and enhance the Professional Business Designs in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications. Open mindset towards change and eagerness for continuous improvement.

You will be based in both our Coimbatore and Madurai offices as an Employee of Visual Sculptors Design Services Pvt. Ltd. This team provides support in creating, designing and formatting digital designs such as PowerPoint Presentations, Microsoft Word Document Reports, Vertical Business Report Designs, for the clients worldwide. These business designs play an essential role in Visual Sculptors Trust and communication with their clients. Most of these Business Designs are created in a customized version of PowerPoint/Word/ Excel.

Qualifications:

• Any University degree and Diploma will be considered
• Minimum 6 months -5 year of experience in voice/non-voice based BPO and any ITES.
• Good Comprehension Skills Ability to understand the client instructions
• Good Written English Skills Ability to write the emails/communicate with colleagues in official chat in a professional manner
• Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
• Decent typing skills (minimum of 30 WPM; 95% accuracy)
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, public holidays with incentives

Responsibilities:

• Business Designs is all about creating a professional output via Presentation or Word by transforming a raw input content into a clear, highly accurate manner.
• In this role, you will understand the business design topics such as Frameworks, Layouts, Charts, Professional Output and execute your day-to-day work with the assigned deadlines and with high output quality.
• You will work with very tight deadlines from 3 hours to an hour or even less
• You'll receive in-depth training in Business Design using our Customized and Effective Training E-Modules along with Well-Experienced Trainer Support
• You will learn various firm-developed MS Office shortcuts which will help you work faster in order to meet deadlines.

Hiring Criteria and Conditions:

• Candidates will be provided with In-Depth Training during initial months
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays. Compensatory week off will be provided for employees worked in public holidays
• Working Days: ~20-22 Days per month (2 days OFF per week)
• Shift Hours: 8 Working Hours + 1 Hour Break = 9 hours.
