Senior Associate - Company Law and FEMA Matters

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional to assist our team with secretarial duties and RBI compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Company Law and FEMA Compliance:

• Preparing and maintaining statutory registers.
• Organizing and coordinating Board Meetings and Shareholders Meetings.
• Drafting and maintaining meeting minutes.
• Filing statutory forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
• Filing necessary forms and returns with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
• Supporting the team with inputs for statutory audits.

Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and assisting with initial statutory registrations under GST, The Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1961, Importer Exporter Code (IEC), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• CS Qualified, Intermediate, or Graduate with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance roles.
