Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, building a strong employer brand, and providing exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives

2. Source, attract, and hire top talent through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, employee referrals)

3. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners

4. Create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials

5. Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate quality

6. Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process

7. Analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve recruitment processes

8. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other channels

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR - Educational Qualification - MSW HRM

2. Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

6. Knowledge of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms

7. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
