QA Lead - Technofunctional Role

Technical Skills:

• We seek a techno functional candidate who has a track record of adding significant value in Lead/Managerial roles, optimizing QA processes across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to enhance efficiency while prioritizing stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Capable of mentoring a team of QA professionals in manual and automation testing, process improvement, metrics implementation, and innovation initiatives. Foster strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with advanced QA techniques, metrics, and optimization processes such as left shift methodologies.
• Establish regular, proactive communication with customers and leadership to grasp their vision. Shape and align the team accordingly to meet their expectations and strategic goals.
• Hand-on knowledge of end to end Manual, Automation, ETL , API, UI, and Performance testing lifle cycles.
• Must have knowledge of multiple domains like - BFSI, HealthCare, Retails etc.
• Working experience in any automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TOSCA etc. and any Language (Java, C#, Python etc.) . Selenium - Java background would be preferred .
• Knowledge of any Low Code No code Testing Tools would be additional .
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and practices.
• Good Knowledge of BDD, TDD, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in cloud technologies, service virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good to have knowledge of No Code/Low Code , GenAI Test Tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Demonstrable expertise in performance testing with a good working knowledge of tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plans that align with client expectations. Ensure delivery of the project within specified timelines, maintaining excellent quality, and adhering to the allocated budget.
• Establish regular communication with customers and leadership to understand their vision. Shape the team accordingly to align with their expectations and goals.
• Lead the Manual Automation teams, providing Domain and Technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure alignment with project objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and integrate automation solutions seamlessly.
• Daily updates to all stateholders on QA Progress and Key Metrices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Conduct Test Cases , Plans, Framework reviews, enforce standards, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in automation testing to continually enhance the teams capabilities.
