As a Travel Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our retail travel store. Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of travel consultants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales targets, maximize revenue, and achieve business objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are always maintained, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers and support your team in delivering accurate information.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, administrative tasks, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to your team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.
