Lead Data Scientist

• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer in AI/ML and Data Science.

• 8+ years of working experience.

• Leadership experience as a tech or team lead (3+ years), with proven experience in hiring, building, and growing high-performing teams.

• Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior data scientists and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization

• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Azure or AWS (Azure preferred).

• Strong working knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch

• Experience with computer vision, image processing, and deep learning techniques

• Good working knowledge of ML-Ops principles .

• AI/ML Competencies: • Strong theoretical knowledge of AI/Data Science, including:

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Neural Networks • Computer Vision and Image Processing • Retrieval-Augmented Generation • LLMs, GenAI and Agentic AI
