VMC Operator

Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Set up and operate VMC machines according to production requirements.
• Load and unload materials onto the machines.
• Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary.
• Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Programming: Load and run pre-written programs.
• Write new programs for the VMC machine to perform various machining operations.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Compare finished products with requirements.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to correct deviations.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VMC equipment.
• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Use safety equipment as required.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
• Experience in Operating VMC machines ,setting of machines ,Siemens control, drawing knowledge.

Qualification - 12th/ITI Only
