Role & responsibilities

• Technical & commercial expertise for tender & contracts.
• Working closely with engineering team.
  Study tender techno commercial specifications & working on technical specification offers of contract.
• Participating in meetings with clients to clarify terms.
• Developing and implementing techno-commercial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
• Leading the technical and commercial teams to achieve integrated goals and objectives.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Overseeing the development and pricing of products and services to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses and financial evaluations for new projects.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all techno-commercial activities.
• Preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills and Experience of contract management.
• Strong planning and risk management skills.
• Tender for various areas of construction/finishing activities.
• Quantity surveying work.
• Bill certification, tender and contract management.
• Cost estimations and periodic comparisons with actual cost

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech - Civil with experience in Techno commercial and Contractual experience in ROADS and NHAI projects is mandatory.
