Manager/Sr.Manager -IT Infrastructure, Hyderabad

Role : IT Infrastructure- Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM

Accountability:

• Accountable for managing the complete IT operations , networks, communication, security , compliance and infrastructure support of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Works with IT head in the development of the infrastructure and operations roadmap and ensures its integration into the overall Business Technology Strategic Plan.
• Assesses internal and external technology capabilities required to deliver required IT services across, networks, switches, firewalls, routers, database, servers, telecom, SSN/VPN, and security services to enable cost-effective and innovative solutions.
• Manages the IT assets across the organization and ensure their utilization as per agreed benchmarks. Develop a directory of assets and their deployment status w.r.to authorized usages /permissions.
• Participates in the IT organization's innovation efforts and in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities w.r.to automation, cost savings, and service levels/quality improvement.
• Work collaboratively with end users and other IT project teams to ensure all planned changes take account of operational needs, meet acceptance criteria and provide user service benefits.
• Establish standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure, timely rollout (upgrade/downgrade) and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Outlook and MSOffice.
• Apply and monitor adherence to standards and procedures covering the infrastructure lifecycle including systems integration, installation, release management and de-commissioning, where ever required.
• Monitor the operational performance of various infrastructure services against set SLAs /KPIs, and produce periodic performance reports. Ensure the core IT infrastructure functions are reliable, stable, secure, and efficient;
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of appropriate supporting and operational documentation for the processes and service delivery of the team
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation w.r.to. Data Protection, Copyrights and other user /vendor /partner agreements
• Installs, configures and supports new and existing servers and network infrastructure. Conducts testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure components. Maintains server uptime consistent with defined metrics. Maintains and constantly improves server and network performance, reliability and security in line with ISO best practices/Standards.
• Conducts periodic service reviews with vendors & other service providers as per agreed timelines and KPIS.
• Manages the performance objectives and professional development of the Service Desk team including the initiation, monitoring, review and closure of various tickets based on priority. Identifies opportunities to simplify IT Service Desk operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design policy refresher sessions and conduct periodic sensitization programmes with employees on various aspects of policy and acceptable usage.
• Manage incident management response function, and act as SPOC for disaster recovery and service continuity planning activities
• Attends to all internal/external audits and provide necessary clarifications in consultation with HOD. Deep dive the root cause for the audit observations and provide guidance to mitigate/minimize the risks.
• Develops the team and provide regular coaching in delivering on the operational plans
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of performance management system by seeking/providing regular feedback, conducting formal reviews, and identifying training and development needs
• Discharge any additional roles and responsibilities as directed by management from time to time.

Looking for experienced in Manufacturing company Minimum 15yrs.

Hands on experience in handling multiple units from corporate office.
