Sr. Analyst, Solutions Management

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Relevant work experience
o Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI
o Advanced data visualization experience, preferably using Tableau or PowerBI
o Excellent project management and organizational skills
o Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
o Deriving insights and action items through analysis
o Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
o Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Payment industry experience preferred
- Big data and advanced language experience preferred (AWS, Hadoop, Data Bricks, Python, Spark)
- Deep learning, graph learning, neural networks, LLM and Gen-AI exposure
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
