Visa Counsellor

Job Description:

Prosper Overseas is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to assist students in their journey of studying abroad. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and providing end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.

Guide students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.

Conduct mock visa interviews to prepare students for embassy appointments.

Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration rules, and embassy guidelines for different countries.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to visa applications.

Maintain detailed records of visa applications, follow-ups, and approvals.

Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless process for students.

Build strong relationships with students and their families, providing support and reassurance throughout the visa process.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of international student visa processes and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with precision.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
