Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and selection, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation and welcoming new hires
Aid in managing employee records and updating HR databases
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and team-building activities
Support HR compliance efforts and ensure company policies are upheld
Contribute to HR documentation and policy development
Collaborate with the HR team to handle administrative tasks as needed
Participate in projects related to employee development, retention, and other HR initiatives
