Java Full Stack Developer - Lead Engineer

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications.
Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and other containerization technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Utilize InVision Studio for prototyping and designing user interfaces.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Analyze and optimize application performance for maximum efficiency.
Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead or similar role, with 8-10 yrs of experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Extensive experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
Proficiency in using InVision Studio for UI/UX design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
